We offer standard and express shipping options depending on your location:

• Domestic (Vietnam): 2–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, total order weight, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—please refer to the promotional details for eligibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Any additional shipping fees incurred for re-delivery will be charged to the customer.

6. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applied by the destination country.
